Get Started in 5 Minutes

Welcome to RoostSync! This guide will help you set up your property management system quickly. By the end, you'll have your first property created and be ready to accept bookings.

Create Your Account

Visit RoostSync Login and sign up with your email or Google account. You'll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.

Set Up Your Team

Enter your business name (e.g., "Sabas Beach Resort") and select your business type. Choose the modules you want to enable:

  • Bookings - Property reservations and calendar
  • POS - Point of sale for restaurants/shops
  • Inventory - Stock management
  • Finance - Income/expense tracking

Add Your First Property

From the dashboard, click "Add Property". Enter the property name, type (room, cottage, campsite), and base rate. You can add more properties later.

Create Your First Booking

Click on any date in the calendar, or use the "New Booking" button. Enter guest details, select the property, and set check-in/out dates.

Connect Gmail for Auto-Sync (Optional)

To automatically import bookings from Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Gmail"
  3. Authorize access to your booking email account
  4. New bookings will sync automatically every 15 minutes

Start with the Free plan to test everything. You get all features with generous limits - upgrade when you need more volume.
