Getting Quick Information

You: "How many rooms are available this weekend?"

AI: "This weekend (March 15-17), you have 4 rooms available: Room 102, 103, 201, and 205. Would you like me to show the calendar or create a booking?"

Creating a Booking

You: "Book Maria Santos in a deluxe room for April 1-3"

AI: "I'll create a booking for Maria Santos in a Deluxe room (Room 101 is available) from April 1-3 (2 nights). The total is P6,000. Should I proceed?"

You: "Yes"

AI: "Done! Booking #1234 created for Maria Santos. Would you like to send a confirmation message?"

Running Reports

You: "Give me a summary of last week's sales"

Pro Tip

Be specific with dates and names. Instead of "recent bookings," say "bookings this week" or "bookings for Juan dela Cruz."

Filipino Language Support

The AI understands Filipino and Taglish:

Confirmation for Important Actions

The AI always asks for confirmation before:

You can say "yes," "confirm," or "proceed" to approve, or "no" or "cancel" to stop.

Always verify AI-generated information, especially for financial data or guest details. The AI is a helpful assistant but you are responsible for accuracy.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
AI doesn't understand Rephrase your question more simply. Try English if using Filipino.
Wrong data returned Verify the date range or filters. Ask AI to clarify what it searched.
Action not completing Check if you have permission. Some actions require Manager/Admin role.
Slow response Complex queries take longer. Be patient or simplify the request.
